# Agents

> Choose or create the AI voice agent used by your calls.

Agents define the voice, language, first message, and instructions used during a call.

## List agents

```

This includes the account's agents and the two KolaVoice default agents.

## Create an agent

```

The returned agent ID can be supplied when creating a direct call or campaign.
